Each commission is held for 30 days from the date your referral paid, then becomes available. We send your earnings once your available balance passes $10.
It's our refund window - we don't refund after 30 days. Holding a commission for exactly that long means that once it becomes available, it can never be taken back off you. You can see every commission and its exact availability date in your dashboard.
